Dr. Alison Metz
(Physical Therapist)
Born and raised in South Carolina, Alison has always enjoyed being active and participating in outdoor activities, including running, hiking, horseback riding, and biking. She attained her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at Clemson University and discovered her passion for physical therapy when she received PT after a surgery her freshman year. After many hours shadowing and working as a physical therapy aide, she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. Alison has a combined skillset of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation and has a passion for helping patients regain their highest level of function. Outside of work, she enjoys participating in triathlons, traveling, and exploring Fort Worth with her husband, Taylor.
