Opportunity to work with patients 1 on 1.
Great opportunities for con ed and clinical growth.
Typically treat 8 patients a day, 1-2 evals a day for PTs. Management is very easy to work with and attentive to employee needs. I have grown by leaps and bounds as a clinician in my 2.5 years working hear both from on sight mentoring and con ed. Management has pain for 175+ hours of in person con ed plus my OCS certification.
Work place culture is great especially if you have a good sense of humor.
Hardest and best part of the job is the variety of patients that we see. Mostly general orthopedics but also significant MS, SCI, TMJ, and chronic pain case load. It keeps the job interesting but forces you to acquire a wide skill set.”
