With eleven years in the medical field, Donnetta has seen it all. She started with a career in Pulmonary and Sleep for four years, then on to DME for seven years, and now has found a home in physical therapy billing at ClearCut Rehab. She is great at multi-tasking in the fast-paced environment of physical therapy front office and billing, and helps each patient understand exactly what to expect financially on their healing journey. Over the years she has continued to grow her skill set, and now helps patients figure out their physical therapy benefits, get authorization for treatments, understand their bills, work out affordable payment plans, and anything else the patient needs to succeed!
She loves binge watching crime TV, reading Mystery novels, and solving crossword puzzles in her down time.
